Endy is looking for a Sourcing Manager who will be the primary point of contact between the business and our supplier network. The Sourcing Manager will link the most appropriate supplier capabilities with the business to deliver the best return and experience for our customers. The Sourcing Manager will also help reduce cost while using world-class negotiations skills and sourcing strategies to mitigate risk through contract development for goods and services.
This role will provide ample challenges for professionals to help Endy fuel its fast paced growth through sustainable partnerships with our vendors.
As a sourcing professional, your everyday work will consist of using your savvy combination of technical, analytical, and commercial skills to:
Build relationships with new and existing players in our space
Spot and develop emerging trends in the industry
Uncover business-building ideas and cost-saving opportunities
Employ new initiatives and ensure they stay on track

What you'll do:
Create sourcing strategies to improve the value, availability and technology of materials that support our existing and future product lines.
Build effective working relationships with suppliers, working with them to resolve economic and quality issues that affect our business plans.
Negotiate and create contracts, policies, and deadlines with suppliers and vendors.
Monitor supplier performance to ensure contractual obligations are met and review performance on on a quarterly basis.
Closely partner with the Supply Chain and Logistics team to ensure that the sourcing strategies are sound and monitor supplier’s performance.
Drive cost savings projects to support our annual profit targets
Identify new suppliers and ensure the strength of our supplier network.
Identify and interpret new and emerging customer requirements that will affect future sourcing strategies. Encourage supplier resourcing of upcoming initiatives and projects.
Work towards meeting and exceeding key metrics targets (COGS, network strength, savings)
Who you are:
5+ years of sourcing experience in a progressive role in a CPG.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
A certification as a CPSM or CPM is an asset
Procurement Mastery – Demonstrated sourcing skills, particularly negotiation, commercial agreements, and relationship management skills to effectively manage executive level partnerships. You also use excellent diplomacy
Analytical Skills - Demonstrated ability to visualize, articulate, and solve problems and concepts, and make decisions that make sense based on available information. Apply logical thinking to gathering and analyzing information, designing and testing solutions to problems, and formulating plans.
Leadership - Ability to recognize strategic opportunities and be able to enroll others in disruptive thinking to get results. Ability to influence across functional boundaries (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to develop and deliver strategy and relationship management action plans to achieve outstanding results.
Ability to Build and Sustain Relationships - Demonstrated ability to lead high-level and day-to-day interactions with suppliers, working effectively across functions, geographies and cultures. Must be able to build relationships and influence suppliers via outstanding interpersonal skills and excellent diplomacy. You will invest significant time/effort to manage supplier relationship(s), development of management strategies and execution of joint business plans.
