Showroom Manager - Toronto


Endy is setting the benchmark in customer experience, we are looking to hire a full-time Showroom Manager for our Toronto Showroom. This is a real opportunity to help us build a customer-centric company and become a leader in our growth. As a full-time Showroom Manager, you’ll be representing the Endy brand on the front lines. You’ll provide best-in-class customer experience and manage customer relationships with uncompromising expertise, knowledge, and warmth.

Our ideal candidate must be available for full-time training 9-5pm Monday March 25 to Friday March 29. Regular showroom hours are Monday to Saturday from 9:30am to 7:30pm and Sunday 10:30am-6:30pm. This role will require a commitment of 40 hours a week, with flexible days including weekends. This is a contract position from March until November 2019.

What you'll do:

  • Represent the Endy brand with best-in-class customer experience

  • Invite customers into space to try out the products

  • Provide exceptional product and service knowledge to customers

  • Efficiently process sales orders via tablet and/or computer

  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and cleanliness of showroom

  • Capture email addresses, customer insights and product experiences to report back to the team

  • Key-holder - Open and close the showroom location

  • Provide a daily summary and sales report to Endy Head Office.

Who you are:

  • Experience with experiential retail is an asset

  • Must be able to stay on your feet all day

  • Knowledgeable in Mac and Google Suite systems

  • Zendesk or other help desk system knowledge an asset

  • Familiarity with Shopify or online store management systems an asset

  • Work experience in customer experience, sales or social community development, preferably at a retail or e-commerce company (bonus if it’s a startup!)

  • Empathetic and clear communicator

  • Self-starter and needs little to no supervision

  • Problem-solver who understands how to work with all types of customer personalities

  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to prioritize and multi-task with a smile
