Retail Account Manager

Overview

Endy is looking for a Retail Account Manager with a strong relationship-focus. The Retail Account Manager is responsible for building and preserving relationships with Endy’s retail, affiliate and marketplace partners. To succeed in this role, you must be able to work with the leadership and marketing team, build rapport with Endy’s partners, and be a strong communicator. You are highly organized, have an eye for detail, and excel as a relationship manager.

What you'll do:

  • Develop positive relationships with customers

  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success

  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers quickly and effectively

  • Manage the Endy affiliate program

  • Identify and manage poor performers in retail, affiliate, and/or resale marketplaces

  • Forward up-selling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team

  • Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes

  • Preserve customer relationships

  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

  • Manage contract renewals

  • Stay abreast of competitor knowledge and industry trends

 

Who you are:

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service or merchandising

  • Exceptional eye for detail

  • Problem-solving attitude

  • Excellent communication skills

  • You have the aptitude for fostering positive relationships

  • Teamwork and leadership skills

  • Customer-oriented mindset

  • Bilingualism an asset
