Digital Marketing Manager - Paid Social Acquisition


Endy is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager - Paid Social Acquisition to take our social channels acquisition to the next level. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenues through paid social channels - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc. We are looking for someone who is curious, creative, innovative, and able to easily adapt to rapid changes in consumer preferences and turn those insights into testing new ways of reaching and connecting to customers.

What you'll do:

  • Create, manage and execute strategic social marketing plans

  • Execute Paid Social campaigns end-to-end. Briefing> Planning> Building> Trafficking> Pacing> Testing> Optimization

  • Monitor, track, and report on key media metrics and benchmarks

  • Optimize campaign performance through continuous A/B testing, data analysis and trend insights to achieve ROAS targets

  • Analyze the competitive environment and industry trends to identify testing opportunities

  • Liaise with marketing, creative and other platform managers to ensure there is channel alignment

  • Brief internal Ad Operations team on upcoming initiatives and tracking/trafficking requirements

  • Work with internal analysts to analyze primary and secondary data to develop data-driven marketing strategies for different target groups of consumers

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in social marketing, digital marketing as well as consumer behaviour and recommend improvements

Who you are:

  • 5+ years experience managing big budget, complex Paid Social campaigns to meet a variety of objectives, targeting and fully utilizing the features of Facebook Business Manager, including pixels, product catalogues and custom audiences

  • An understanding of how to build ad sets to work the funnel

  • Experience using biddable social platforms (Facebook Power Editor, Ads Manager, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest)

  • Must be proficient in media terminology, media math, reach and frequency calculations

  • Experience with DMPs and analytical tools

  • Technical and analytical mindset

  • Facebook Blueprint Certification is an asset

  • Agency experience preferred
