Offline Marketing Director

Endy is setting the benchmark in marketing. As our Offline Marketing Director, you’ll be representing the Endy brand through all offline marketing channels. This is an opportunity to help us continue to build a consumer-first brand approach and lead our overall growth!

What you'll do:

  • Build the go-to-market strategy for offline marketing, alongside the Leadership Team

  • Actively outreach media partners for new opportunities and source media kits

  • Find  new and relevant advertising opportunities to acquire and build awareness regarding competitors

  • Compile reports of competitive market/media information for each target city

  • Initialize media agreements based on predetermined KPIs

  • Creates and maintains media plans, flowcharts, buying guidelines, testing plans & results analysis, budget summaries and plan delivery

  • Based on the above, build and maintain a media tracker

  • Arrange weekly and monthly performance results into reports for senior leadership

  • Ability to audit all active media campaigns

Who you are:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset

  • 5+  years of media planning and buying experience, specifically Out of Home, radio and TV

  • Ability to manage multiple media partners and campaigns simultaneously

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and jump from project to project

  • Experience negotiating media agreements

  • Thorough understanding of the media process, media department and interdepartmental relationships

  • Strong analytical skills, ability to relate results to business objectives

  • Keeps up with the latest trends in media
