Copywriter

 

Overview

Endy is looking for a copywriter who can connect with our customer base through multiple channels. In this role, you will be responsible for creating marketing materials, product descriptions and direct email. We are looking for a candidate who is curious, creative, innovative, and able to easily adapt to rapid changes in consumer preferences. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a collaborative environment and using data to make marketing decisions. We are focused on providing a best-in-class customer experience, and you will have a significant role in helping us achieve that that goal.

What you'll do:

  • Create digital and offline ad copy

  • Develop copy for our website, landing pages, FAQs, etc., with support of SEO content generators

  • Work with the creative team to develop and manage our Brand Voice Guide

  • Act as a content watchdog with a finger on the pulse of industry news and mindful of brand safety

  • Plan, write, and edit content across Endy's digital acquisition landscape

  • Participate in UX research to identify opportunities for enhancements and optimizations; use metrics to inform and validate your work  

  • Work collaboratively with the digital design team to prototype, wireframe, and test new features and content

  • Document guidelines that ensure best practices and UX writing principles

  • Participate in brainstorms to improve site copy and functionality

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and brand writers to maintain a consistent voice and narrative across multiple touch points

  • Be self-motivated and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines

  • Assist in other content development, as required

Who you are:

  • 4+ years experience in a professional copywriting role

  • An expert in content organization and information hierarchy

  • Curious and well-read

  • Strategic

  • Attention to detail

  • Entrepreneurial mindset

  • A diverse writing portfolio with an emphasis on advertisement and UX content strategy

  • Impeccable editorial judgment and writing ability

  • Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize your workload

  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team

  • Familiar with entrepreneurial and tech-driven creative environments

  • E-commerce experience is required

  • Bilingualism a plus

  • Agency experience preferred
