Overview

As Endy’s Influencer Marketing and Public Relations Specialist, you will scale Endy’s influencer marketing programs as a part of the larger PR team. A skilled relationship builder, storyteller, and negotiator, you are energized by a great idea and will go to any length to get it off the ground. From overseeing Endy’s always-on ambassador program to executing strategic outreach and assisting with larger PR campaigns, you understand how to identify the right influencers, deliver authentic and engaging content, and measure ROI.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and establish relationships with Canadian influencers

  • Work closely with digital marketing team to amplify third-party content, ensuring programs are successful from end-to-end

  • Keep track of media DNA influencer mentions and generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports

  • Maintain and strengthen Endy’s existing influencer and media relationships, through strategic outreach, mailers, and events

  • Manage all inbound and outbound collaboration requests

  • Identify the right influencers and media opportunities to boost brand awareness and drive engagement

  • Explore new opportunities to leverage influencer relationships, including affiliate programs, video collaborations, activations and events, and more

  • Dive into data to seek out trends in coverage

  • Order product samples and other materials in a timely manner

  • Work with PR Manager and Marketing Director to review assets and potential influencer collaborations; ensure all content inappropriate and on-brand

  • Develop and maintain Endy’s influencer database

  • Leverage internal SEO insights and best-practices for all content collaborations

  • Oversee influencer budget

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including creative, digital marketing, operations, customer service, email, and brand partnership teams

  • Monitor social, digital and traditional media for brand mentions

  • Maintain media & influencer database

  • Other duties as assigned

Who you are:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Public Relations, or Digital Marketing (bonus if it’s a start-up!) 

  • Strategic, enthusiastic, adaptable, and entrepreneurial

  • Strong desire to lead projects from end-to-end

  • Energized by a start-up environment

  • Strong understanding of the Canadian media and social media landscape

  • Skilled writer, negotiator, and relationship builder

  • Experience managing large projects (including budgets) 

  • Willingness to challenge the status quo and think differently to see results

  • Desire to learn and stay ahead of industry trends

  • Bilingualism an asset
