Director of People & Culture


As the Director of People and Culture, you will use a blend of creativity and data-driven decision-making to manage, coordinate, and deliver results across several core HR areas. First, you will lead efforts to activate and bring to life the employee experience. Second, you will provide strategic consultation to help the organization identify and develop talent management initiatives to build organizational capability and grow the business.


What you’ll do:

  • Design, implement and manage innovative initiatives that attract, develop, engage, support & retain a satisfied, high-performing team in a progressive culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Owning programs around team member-centric culture including team member recognition, events, and more 
  • Serve as strong voice of HR and culture in internal communications with a focus on recommending winning strategies to executive team
  • Day-to-day oversight of HR and people operations for a rapidly growing company
  • Own recruitment strategy, tactics, and team member selection
  • Own and optimize team member on-boarding
  • Own training and professional development programs
  • Own Leadership development programs
  • Oversee performance management programs and standards
  • Help oversee benefits selection and oversight
  • Facilitate strong employee relations, conflict resolution, change management, and succession planning
  • Service program planning & implementation


Who you are:

  • 3+ years experience in an HR role within a start-up or in a high-growth setting
  • Direct experience with benefits selection, programs and oversight
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and industry standards with impeccable supporting examples
  • Direct experience in managing end-to-end team member recruiting
  • Impeccable people skills and professionalism
  • Track record of past professional examples managing a wide array of duties in a high-performance environment
