Customer Marketing Manager


As the Customer Marketing Manager at Endy you will manage the creation and execution of customer marketing programs. You will work on multi-channel initiatives that provide increased value to our customers and increase engagement and customer retention. This exciting opportunity will have you closely aligned with our marketing team and customer experience team.

What you’ll do:

  • Curate strong customer relationships through managing third party reviews and relationships with these websites
  • Manage post-purchase customer marketing initiatives designed to foster long term customer relationships
  • Responsible for review, retention and referral metrics based around ROI
  • Collaborate with the marketing team ensure all programs are aligned and well timed, while leveraging existing acquisition programs and adapting messaging that will resonate with our clients
  • Develop a customer communication strategy that employs a varies communication through videos, in person events, in product marketing, emails, surveys etc
  • Benchmark customer marketing programs against competitors to ensure Endy is a leader in effective communication and collaboration with customers
  • Proactively determine new initiatives based on customer feedback and customer metrics


Who you are:

  • 3+ years’ of experience in customer marketing roles
  • Able to build customer marketing strategy to enable our next phase of growth
  • Analytical thinker. Your strategy needs to be results focused
  • In-depth understanding of customer marketing initiatives
  • Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize projects and thrive in a fast paced, multitasking environment
